CUSC Dynamo wins Williamsburg Cup. My club
team, won four straight games at the Williamsburg Cup Labor Day
Weekend. We won both our semi-final's and final's match in PK
shoot-outs. We defeated a MD team in the finals, holding them
scoreless after they had scored 13 goals in their first three games.
I continued to play well in the midfield creating several 1v1
opportunities for our forwards against the opposing keepers. I
had one assist, scored 1 but had it called back for offsides (of
course I feel I was not offsides - video shows me holding my run).
I kicked first in both shoot-outs and scored them both. Video
to the right, and avaialbkle on youtube.

My club team, CUSC Dynamo U-18, took Second
place at the Kirkwood Soccer Club Boys College Showcase. We competed
against teams from Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the eventual
winner a team registered from Philidelphia, who's players were from
Africa. We finished 2-0-2 with only 3 goals allowed, scoring 7. I
had one assist and my midfield play definately helped set up other
scores and scoring opportunities.
A very promising start to the season. Video
